Serving the USVI
Basic Life Support
BLS (Basic Life Support) is a non-emergency transportation service that offers safe, medically supervised transport for patients needing monitoring without advanced interventions. Each BLS unit is staffed by two EMTs or a Certified Driver and an EMT. We customize each transport to the patient’s condition and needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride that prioritizes their relaxation.
Advance Life Support
We offer ALS (Advanced Life Support) services to facilities. Each of our ALS units includes a team consisting of one certified paramedic (CCEMT-P) and another paramedic or EMT, all trained to handle emergency calls and transports with unparalleled professionalism. Our ambulances are fully equipped with essential ALS equipment and medications to deliver advanced medical care and effectively respond to any emergency, including mass casualty incidents and disasters.
Critical Care Transport
SCT is a level of care beyond the ALS transport when an off-island flight crew arrives to transport a stable patient, who is in need of more advanced care outside of the territory. Our crews are trained to work closely with additional levels of support such as nurses, respiratory technicians and physicians when additional hands and skills are needed.
Stretcher Transport
These transports are designed to safely and comfortably accommodate individuals on stretchers when a seated position would be unsuitable.
Each unit is staffed by a crew trained in CPR at the provider level, and all drivers have completed the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) to ensure patient safety and comfort. We offer a variety of transport options, including facility-to-facility, home-to-facility, facility-to-home, home-to-pharmacy, and other destinations.
Wheelchair Transport
For day to day appointments, and other healthcare related trips, our fleet of smaller wheelchair ramp equipped vehicles are the ideal solution for patients needing simple point A to B transport.
Event Coverage
Our licensed team of EMT's and Paramedics are available to provide medical coverage at events held in the US Virgin Islands, ensuring you have immediate access to professional medical care reducing risk, liability and harm to your guests
